Settle in with 33 full-hookup campsites designed for people who plan to stay a while. Every site includes water, power, and sewer with easy access and a tidy layout. We keep the grounds clean and quiet so you can focus on work, school, or family. Monthly rate is $325 + electricity (rates may change; call for current pricing and deposits).
Prefer a roof and a porch? Our four cabins are a simple, comfortable option—popular with young couples and small families who want straightforward living near essentials. Cabins rent monthly at $1,075 + electricity (rates may change; call for latest details). You’ll get a cozy, practical space that keeps costs predictable and life easy.
Time and money matter. That’s why laundry is free—no coins, no cards—and Wi-Fi is free across the park for classes, remote work, and daily tasks. These essentials are included so you can stay on schedule and on budget.
Pets are part of the family. We provide a dog park for quick exercise and a little playtime. For everyone’s safety, we allow up to two pets per trailer. We do not allow aggressive breeds (no German Shepherds, Dobermans, Pit Bulls). Keep your site tidy and your pets leashed outside the fenced area.
You’ll have on-site help during office hours, and Kenneth is available 24/7 if a small issue pops up after hours—especially during move-in or cold weather. In winter, we keep extra propane tanks on hand so you can swap quickly and settle up later. It’s a simple system that keeps you warm without the scramble.
